The city opened its gates to public in 1994 after the departure of last Russian battleship. Even now, there could be found the grotesque panel buildings, ruins and barracks that remain the soviet times. To balance the emotions of the awesome sites, revel the beautiful Pakri peninsula’s untouched nature, the limestone cliff, the lighthouse, and Pakri Wind Farm.
Short stops are made on the way at Fool's Land, Keila-Joa Waterfall and on coastal cliffs with breathtaking views.
It is up to you whether you prefer a comfortable roundtrip transfer, or for more extreme – to take a train to this totally particular area of Estonia.
