All our tours can be ordered on request. As we are local company with our own guides, we can usually accommodate same day requests but it is always better to book the tours more time ahead.
We are trying to be flexible with minimum group size limits. In general, our tours are targeted to small groups starting from 2 persons, but the minimum group size depends also on the nature of the tour. You will get more information from the description of the tour.
Some of the tours might only be available in summer or winter season. So, please take a look on details from the tour descriptions.
Scheduled Tours
For most popular tours we are sometimes having scheduled departure times. Please check our website. Scheduled tours can be booked from 1 person and we would definitely recommend them to people who are interested in getting to know other people while traveling.

Tours can be booked by calling our Sales Representative or by sending an e-mail with your booking request.
Payment methods
Most often, the total price is paid in cash before the starting of the tour. It is the most common payment method for short notice bookings. For larger groups and for tours where we have non-refundable costs, we may have to ask for full or partial prepayment by credit card bank transfer.
In this case, after receiving your booking request and agreeing on dates and terms, we will send you an invoice which can be paid directly by credit card via Paypal or by bank transfer.
Please note that our prices are exclusive of any fees banks will charge for international bank transfers.
Please remember that the lead traveller who has paid by the credit card should have an ID document (with picture on it) for verification to avoid credit card misusage. If you will have problems in fulfilling this requirement, please contact our Sales Representative in advance.
Last minute bookings and changes
If you want to book for a tour which starts within 48 hours or if you need to make any urgent changes, it is better to contact us by calling our Sales Representative to ensure fast response.
How to change?
If you need to make any changes in you travel dates or participant list, please contact our Sales Representative by phone, skype or by e-mail. We try to accommodate your requests without additional costs.
However, when changes are requested in less than 72 hours before the departure time, there might be additional costs incurred what we are not able to recover and you will be informed by our Sales Representative.
How to cancel?
To cancel, send us your request an e-mail to sales@estonianexperience.com and add the name of the lead traveller and the departure date.
We know that all kinds of things might happen when travelling and because of that, we try to be flexible in accommodating your cancellations and change requests.
You can cancel any of your bookings more than 7 days before the departure time without costs*.
When you cancel 3-6 days before the departure time, 30% cancellation charge applies*.
There is no refund when cancelled less than 3 days before the departure time.
* This cancellation policy does not apply to special events. In these cases, we will have informed you about different cancellation policies for these tours. When you have paid by bank transfer, you will be also liable for all fees banks charge us for international bank transfers.
